The Role As a Kitchen Fitter working across Bedfordshire, you''ll be responsible for carrying out kitchen installation, repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out responsive kitchen fitting, repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Bedfordshire. Installing and replacing kitchen units, cupboards, doors, drawers and worktops. Fitting sinks, taps and associated kitchen components where required. Installing kitchen appliances and ensuring units are correctly aligned and securely fitted. Repairing and replacing damaged kitchen units, worktops, doors and fittings. Carrying out kitchen refurbishments and replacement programmes in occupied and void properties. Completing associated carpentry and joinery works, including adjustments to units, doors and worktops. Making good around kitchen installations and ensuring properties are left clean, safe and ready for occupation. Responding to repair orders and completing works within agreed timescales.
