We''re looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Administrator to join a busy automotive team in Birmingham. If you''re confident using Pinewood and Pinnacle, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage your own workload, we would LOVE to hear from you.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Processing vehicle orders from start to finish
• Coordinating vehicle registrations and deliveries
• Producing invoices and sales documentation
• Keeping customer and vehicle records up to date
• Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and customers
• Handling queries and providing order updates
• Supporting the fleet sales team with day-to-day administration

What We''re Looking For

• Fleet Sales Administration experience
• Pinewood and Pinnacle system knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident, resilient and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently with minimal support
