Key Responsibilities As a Senior Site Manager, you will lead site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Monitoring progress against programme and budget, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Ensure exceptional quality standards and technical accuracy in all build details. Providing regular updates on progress and potential challenges. Mentoring and supporting other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. About the Candidate Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Management role within the construction industry.
