Bliss is the UK''s leading national charity for babies born premature or sick, and we are looking for a Support Officer (Digital) to join our enthusiastic and passionate Information and Support team to help make a real difference to the lives of families and babies in neonatal care. The Support Officer (Digital) plays a vital role in ensuring that every family of a baby born sick or premature can access impactful and personalised support, at their time of need. By supporting the improvement and development of the Bliss digital support services, you will help to ensure that families with babies born premature or sick feel confident, supported, well informed, connected to the help they need, and to be partners in the care of their babies. Terms Title: Support Officer (Digital) Location: Hybrid (3 days per fortnight in the London office, SE1) Salary: £33,464 Terms: Full-time (35 hours per week). Permanent.
