Job Title: Fencing Operative

Salary: -13- -14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday (standard day shifts)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Fencing Operative to join a project based in Grantham. This role involves working outdoors, installing fencing by attaching stock netting to timber posts.

This is initially a 4-month contract, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing fencing by attaching stock netting to timber posts

• Assisting with general site duties

• Working as part of a team to complete projects on time

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Maintaining tools and equipment

Requirements:

• CSCS Card preferred

• Previous fencing or construction experience ideal but not essential

• UK driving licence is essential

• Good work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable and punctual
