Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential and mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail and commercial space at ground and 1st floor levels and residential apartments above. Our client is now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Kent. The project is a large mixed use residential development, split in multiple phases. You will be based on phase 3, 250 units in total - 90m build cost. The position will report into the on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor. Our client requires this individual to do the Procurement, account management and early procurement of packages.
