Our service includes:Pulmonary rehabilitationAdmission avoidance and supported hospital dischargeOxygen therapy managementPsychological therapiesPalliative respiratory careWe work closely with primary care and voluntary sector partners to ensure holistic, patient-centred support. As a Nursing Associate/Assistant Practitioner, you will contribute to high-quality respiratory care in both acute hospital and community environments.
