Commercial Manager (Food) South WalesThe Role;This Commercial Manager role offers you the opportunity to further grow market share and profitability, of a dynamic, innovative and entrepreneurial food business which is in great shape, by developing further business with existing customers and securing new business and new channels within the food sector.In addition, you will identify and develop new business opportunities by working closely with NPD, Finance, Buyers and the wider internal teams; collectively driving the growth agenda, whilst building and nurturing collaborative and professional working relationships.Existing business will continue to be serviced to the highest standards, where you will coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent services are offered and driving high standards beyond expectation. Within the scope of this role, you will take full ownership of developing new business and growing existing business; developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy which aligns with organisational goals, maximises profitability and drives sustainable growth; whilst continuously looking for ways to improve commercial processes and increase efficiency.
