I''m searching for an experienced, independent Performance Marketing Analyst to support digital acquisition efforts across SEM and SEO channels. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering actionable insights, optimising campaigns, and driving results in a fast-paced SaaS environment with a diverse customer base. You will work closely with our leadership team to accelerate performance and inform strategic decisions. Your immediate role will be critical in managing and analysing campaign data, assessing agency performance, and providing clear, impactful insights.Role and Responsibilities

Independently analyse SEM and SEO performance, including data from platforms like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and TriprofoundEvaluate the effectiveness of current campaigns versus previous agency resultsDevelop deep insights and stories that guide the optimisation of marketing strategiesSupport the use of third-party platforms such as Atlas for campaign managementCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign successProvide visualisation and reporting that reveal the true performance and opportunities across channelsSkills and Experience

Highly experienced data analyst with a strong background in performance marketingDeep understanding of SEO and SEM measurement and analyticsSkilled in managing and optimising relationships with external agenciesIndependent and able to quickly uncover actionable insightsComfortable working across multiple channels including Google Ads, influencer marketing, affiliates, and brand campaignsProven ability to translate data into compelling stories and strategic recommendationsExperience with platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Triprofound, and Atlas is preferredHow to Apply
