1:1 Learning Support Assistant Kings Langley Start date: ASAP Full-Time Term-Time Only £85 - £110 per day per annum, depending on experience.We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a warm and supportive primary school in Kings Langley from September 2025. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child s education and well-being, working closely with an individual student to provide tailored support. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to a student with specific learning needs or additional support requirements.Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans and support strategies.Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to monitor progress.Encourage and support the student in their academic and social development.Help with classroom activities, ensuring the student s participation and engagement. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).Be patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting student development.Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Be confident in providing support both inside and outside of the classroom setting.Hold or be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
