Project Manager - Business Systems Implementation - Dundee / Hybrid - Outside IR35 - £400 per day - 3-Month Contract We''re looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant business systems implementation within a public sector environment. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong stakeholder management, structured project governance and the ability to coordinate technical, operational and change activities through deployment, cutover and into post-implementation.You''ll work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, technical specialists and other stakeholders to ensure the solution is successfully implemented, adopted and embedded across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a business systems implementation through to go-live and post-implementation. Develop and manage project plans covering deployment, cutover, testing, readiness and implementation activities. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect management and resolution. Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies, taking a proactive approach to mitigation. Work closely with senior leaders, operational teams and technical stakeholders to maintain engagement and drive delivery. Coordinate organisational change, user engagement and adoption activities.
