Reporting directly to one of thefounding partners, you will support the firm’s continued growth in development finance, writing £50m -£100m of high-quality development loans per annum (across senior andstretched development loans, and bridge loans).The company has provided over £3bn of loans and funded the construction of over 15,000 new homes. They are funded through large financial institutions who invest in their private credit funds – each fund backing a specific lending strategy. Investors include pension funds, insurance companies and asset managers.
