WE have vacancies for 2 x Site Administrator's in South East London, company specialises in the new build residential and mixed-use sector. 

Site Administrator responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily email traffic ensuring all documents are filed accordingly.
  • Maintain project files, drawings etc in electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure waste management plan is updated with all skip waste tickets received including all sub-contractors waste.
  • With the Project Manager organise all labour required for site, collating working hours for timesheets to send to agencies.
  • Check all induction forms are completed correctly, logged and filed according.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the site office.
  • Provide support for site audits.
  • Liaise with Project Manager and sub-contractors to resolve issues.
  • Responsible for arranging and maintaining passes/permits for employees and sub-contractors.
  • Being the main point of contact for the site.
  • Manage requests for documentation.

Nearing Project Handover…

  • Ensure all units being handed over are completed and ready for inspection from the client;
  • With the Project Manager liaise with the trade sub-contractors with regards to defects raised from the client ensuring that they are closed out in a timely manner;
  • Collate and upload all handover documentation certificates.
  • Collate all schedules, meter readings O&M manuals and commissioning reports etc for handover;
  • Produce client handover pro-forma’s listing all relevant information internally & externally;
  • Produce fire exit mark ups.

Desirable:

Previous experience within a similar role.

Experience working within the Construction Industry.

Strong IT skills in MS office including outlook,excel and word.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient typing skills.

Good attention to detail.

Highly organised.
