LITTA is on a mission to revolutionise waste removal across the UK with smart tech and a national network of vetted partners.Backed by top-tier investors, and scaling rapidly, we’re once again looking for Commercial Account Managers to join our already high-performing team.This isn’t your average account management role — you’ll be working with a strong base of existing B2B clients, supported by regular coaching, and empowered to grow your accounts while shaping a key function of our business.What’s In It For You:Base Salary:

£55k+ in year oneInherited book of warm, engaged commercial accountsClear path for progression as we scaleSupportive team culture with regular 1:1s and hands-on coachingMonthly team lunches, wellness initiatives, and special-day holidaysA chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing, tech-enabled businessKey Accountabilities:Client Relationship ManagementBe the main point of contact for your commercial clients, managing relationships and ensuring long-term successIdentify and seize upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunitiesLead client reviews, performance check-ins, and growth conversationsCollaborate closely with Operations and Sales to deliver top-tier serviceProactively resolve any issues, always putting the customer firstUse data to identify trends and risks across your portfolioAccount Growth and RetentionWork with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, and tech) to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.Proactively resolve issues and escalations to maintain high client satisfaction.Analyse account data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover from the sales team.Operational ExcellenceMaintain up-to-date and accurate records in our CRM and reporting tools.Track and report on account performance and contribute to forecasting and planning activities.Champion a customer-first approach in all interactions.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:CoachabilityA passion to learnA desire to not only meet, but exceed targetsAn innovative mindsetA solution-orientated thought processExperience and Skills Required:Account Manager, Customer Success, or B2B relationship management role.Proven success in client retention, growth, and satisfaction.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and other business tools.Commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and add value to client partnerships.Please submit your CV and cover letter via the link below.
