Although experience isn t always necessary! The right attitude and willingness to learn goes a long way!The students attend the school due to a diagnosis of Autism and many have co-existing conditions including ADHD, sensory processing disorder, learning disabilities, disruptive behaviour disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, tics and Tourette syndrome, epilepsy and learning disabilities.You would need to be confident and capable of supporting pupils in an education capacity that do have difficulties with communication, eating, toileting as well as those who have sensory difficulties.
