We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global luxury fashion brand for a Retail Brand Image and Visual Projects Coordinator to join their EMEA team in Central London. This is not a traditional Visual Merchandiser role. We are looking for someone who enjoys the operational side of bringing creative concepts to life coordinating suppliers, managing purchase orders and invoices, organising shipments, tracking budgets and ensuring decorative elements arrive at the right location, at the right time and in perfect condition. You''ll support decorative and Brand Image projects across the EMEA region, including store openings, installations and other retail projects, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, freelancers and external partners.
