You''ll provide clinical leadership, coordination and support, working closely with the client and wider team to ensure a safe, effective and high-quality service. The role You''ll be responsible for: • Providing clinical oversight and coordinating day-to-day occupational health delivery • Working closely with the Contract Operations Manager and Clinical Services Manager • Acting as an expert OH advisor to the client, including Health and Safety and Wellbeing teams • Leading on policy and clinical documentation reviews • Supporting and mentoring less experienced Occupational Health Advisors • Providing clinical input into complex case management • Producing monthly reports for performance and contract reviews • Identifying opportunities to improve and develop the service About you We''re looking for an experienced ..... full job details .....
