Our client are a small, supportive organisation, committed to making a lasting and positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers across Buckinghamshire - they support unpaid carers of all ages, from all backgrounds and in all caring roles. This includes young carers, young adult carers, parents of children with a physical or learning disability, older carers, carers from diverse communities, LGBTQ+ carers and those looking after someone with a mental health condition. They also provide support for unpaid carers and the person they care for whilst in a hospital setting. At an exciting time of change, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Services, a newly created role for the organisation which will oversee all frontline services. As Head of Services, you will work closely alongside the CEO, providing support and oversight for all delivery teams (adult/young/hospital carers teams), ensuring that services operate effectively and meet contractual requirements. You will ensure alignment with strategic priorities and commissioned outcomes and will use data and feedback to drive service improvement and innovation. You will ensure that all carer services operate cohesively, with smooth transitions between age groups and will consistently champion the voice of carers of all ages through partnership boards, networks and other forums.
