A client of ours in the Wickford area is recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary, full-time position starting ASAP, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and paying -12.21 - -13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
The role is expected to last for a minimum of 1 month to cover sickness, with the possibility of being extended.
Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Filing invoices and general admin tasks
- Managing emails and incoming calls
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Posting payments using Sage (training provided)
- Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day workload
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident using IT systems and MS Office
- Sage experience desirable but not essential
- Be available immediately
