This hands-on role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the seamless execution of site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site Operations and Maintenance activities, ensuring projects run smoothly and safely.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and HSE protocols.Collaborate closely with internal field technicians and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and site support.Monitor project progress, resource planning, and scheduling. Proactively manage and mitigate risks or delays.Serve as the key liaison between the site and head office, ensuring consistent communication and updates.Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company procedures.Produce regular performance updates, reports, and compliance documentation for senior management.Drive continuous improvement and implement operational efficiency initiatives across the site.Required SkillsPrevious experience supervising on-site operations, preferably in renewable energy, utilities, or industrial environments.Strong understanding of OandM workflows, safety regulations, and contractor management.Proven track record of working with subcontractors and managing site activities across multiple disciplines.Solid organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead on-site teams effectively.Strong HSE knowledge and ability to enforce safety compliance.UK work authorization and availability to travel locally as needed.Apply now or reach out to Arthur Mahoney for more details.Seniority level
