I''m recruiting on behalf of a long-established construction consultancy based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or someone actively working towards chartership (APC) who wants to take their career forward with a supportive, professional practice.

The Role:

• Undertake a full range of building surveying services across both private and public sector projects.
• Provide professional advice on construction, property maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment.
• Carry out surveys, inspections, schedules of condition, defect analysis, and report writing.
• Contribute to project delivery from inception to completion, liaising directly with clients and contractors.

What They''re Looking For:

• RICS Chartered (MRICS/FRICS) or actively progressing through APC.
• Previous experience in building surveying, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ambition and drive to contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
