Job Title: Contract and Commissioning Manager - Children (Temporary)Our client, a leading organisation in the public sector, is currently seeking a Contract and Commissioning Manager to join their Integrated Children''s Commissioning and Procurement Team. This is a temporary position for a duration of 3 months.Responsibilities:Contract manage major strategic contracts across the commissioning cycle.Ensure effective mobilisation of contracts.Implement appropriate performance management, commercial process management (including risk management), supplier relationship management, and governance throughout the contract lifecycle.Make recommendations to the Croydon Council or Integrated Care Board (ICB) on the strategic allocation of resources to improve outcomes.Identify opportunities to drive change and secure improved outcomes in the commissioning programme for Children, Young People, Education, and Health.Key Requirements:Proven experience in contract management and commissioning in a similar role.Strong knowledge of the commissioning cycle and contract mobilisation processes.Ability to implement effective performance management and commercial process management.Excellent supplier relationship management and governance skills.Familiarity with the Children''s Commissioning and Procurement landscape.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Working Pattern:This position will require 2 days per week of site ..... full job details .....
