Between £32,000-£35,000, dependent on experienceBenefits (subject to length of service):Team bonusCompany Pension Plan with 7% employer contribution (3% employee)Personal Health Cash PlanDiscounts on shopping and gym membershipsCompany Sick Pay and Income Protection PlanLife AssuranceOpportunities for growth and development within the companyThe Role:Own and manage the rolling 12-month demand (sales) forecast with input from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and attainment of company objectives.Maintain high forecast accuracy and optimal stock levels to meet sales demands with minimal wastage and shortages.Lead monthly demand forecast meetings with other commercial department stakeholders.Lead the SandOP process to drive alignment between supply, demand, and business objectives.Monitor and report forecast KPI data, driving improvements and reliability, and adjust forecasts based on production impacts.Suggest process improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.About You:Knowledge and practical experience of supply chain and SandOP process management, preferably in an FMCG food environment or through relevant education projects.Strong Excel proficiency.Experience leading cross-functional processes and meetings.Resilient and self-assured when facing challenging issues or discussions.Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions, preferably using forecasting tools or statistical models.Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to your audience.Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously to deadlines, alerting the team of potential issues.Ability to identify root causes of supply chain issues and risks.Conversational proficiency in French is an advantage.Why Brioche Pasquier UK?Innovative environment at our 240,000 sq ft Milton Keynes facility, combining traditional baking techniques with cutting-edge technology.Stability and growth opportunities through expansion projects, supporting professional development and career advancement.Supportive culture emphasizing respect, transparency, and a flat hierarchy to foster growth and development.REF-(Apply online only)
