We''re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Technical Sales professional with a strong understanding of engineered products and complex manufacturing environments. You will ideally have experience selling into sectors such as aerospace, automotive, defence, motorsport or other highly regulated engineering industries. Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to deliver ambitious growth targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted engineering and manufacturing sectors.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.Develop relationships with procurement teams, engineers, senior decision-makers and other key stakeholders.Identify opportunities to introduce customers to the wider capabilities of the business, including precision casting, CNC machining, assembly, testing and associated engineering services.Manage the sales process from initial opportunity through to negotiation and contract award.Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term customer partnerships.Support the preparation of ..... full job details .....
