This is an administrative, data-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, processes and detailed reporting. About the role:The Finance Operations Manager oversees the operation of retail investment funds - ensuring accurate processing, compliance and reliable data.Daily fund activities include managing fundraising, share transactions, dividend reinvestments, client system workflows, applications, payments and ad-hoc projects.The role also ensures investment allocations, sales calculations and performance fees are correct. Responsibilities include managing the full divestment process and producing high-quality investor documentation and reports - such as statements, valuations and periodic updates.Close collaboration with compliance and regulatory teams supports reporting, AML escalations and governance. Acting as a key point of contact across finance, investment, compliance and distribution teams - the role supports forecasts, management fees and oversight of third-party providers.Maintaining data integrity is central to the position.
