Offering circa 45k, with hybrid working, and extensive progression opportunitiesThe role is to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service, communicating with clients regularly, cross selling, and ensuring client satisfaction. If you are a trusted accountant, with a passion for client services, then this is the role for youClient Manager Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the operational team, ensuring effective workload allocation, capacity planning, productivity optimisation, and high performance through coaching, development plans, and performance management.Oversee client onboarding and relationship management, maintaining strong working partnerships while ensuring accurate, timely documentation and high service standards throughout the client journey.Prepare and review accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts, ensuring compliance with legislation, quality control, and a minimum personal billing target of 1,500 per week.Provide proactive tax planning strategies in line with current legislation and oversee the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of accounts work prepared by the team.Monitor job profitability and budgets by ..... full job details .....
