Their services span from architectural design and building consultancy to strategic planning and compliance under the Building Safety Act. You will be based in their Lincolnshire office. Your new role You will work as a building surveyor within the education sector, playing a crucial role in maintaining and improving school and university facilities. You will assess the condition of buildings, identify defects, and recommend repairs or upgrades to ensure safety, accessibility, and compliance with regulations. Your work will involve planning refurbishments, managing construction projects, and advising on sustainability and energy efficiency.
