We partner with state, private, and independent schools, building trusted relationships with our clients.We are currently working with a number of primary schools across South West London that require experienced Teaching Assistants for full time positions starting September 2025. Positions are are Monday - Friday, 8.30am-4pm, term time only. These roles will involve supporting a diverse range of students, including those with special educational needs.As a Primary Teaching Assistant your responsibilities will include:Supporting students in achieving their academic goals and reaching their full potential.Encouraging students to engage proactively with their learning and develop independence.Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children to learn and thrive.Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting general learning and development.Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their individual learning needs are met and they feel included in the classroom.Demonstrating good presentation and clear articulation skills to assist with communication and understanding.The ideal ..... full job details .....
