Working closely with the Technical Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is currently working as a Specification Technologist or Technical professional and who is ready to take a step into a broader role. You will be responsible for managing internal and external specification requirements, reviewing packaging copy, and ensuring accuracy across product information, a role where attention to detail and proactive thinking are essential. What you ll be doing: Managing all internal and external customer own-brand specifications Producing back-of-pack content Reviewing and signing off artwork with the Technical and Brand teams Maintaining product data across systems and platforms Supporting allergen management and validations Prepare for and manage audits and internal reviews Participate as an active member of the HACCP team Deputise for the Technical Director when required What you ll bring: A relevant qualification in Food Science or a related subject Experience in a technical or specification-based role within food manufacturing Strong understanding of packaging and labeling requirements Confidence working with internal teams and external partners ..... full job details .....
