We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the business and taking ownership of office operations. Role Responsibilities and Duties for Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to the Managing Director To create a stable, well organised environment where teams can perform to their best ability. Oversee office operations, systems, and policy and processes Manage suppliers, including office equipment, cleaning and security. Ensure all administration for compliance testing and accreditations Lead internal and external audits Management and control of QHSE policies and online portals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures Manage IT Systems, facilities, and administrative workflows Manage fleet, including MOTs, servicing, Insurance and compliance of company vehicles Support payroll process Anticipate issues and resolve them ..... full job details .....
