This is a permanent, field-based role that involves travelling between customer sites to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for retail weighing and food preparation equipment. While you will be part of a supportive team, this role involves working independently at customer sites within your designated territory. Main Duties andamp; ResponsibilitiesProvide breakdown support, preventative maintenance, and software upgrades for retail weighing and food preparation equipment at customer sites.Carry out installations of weighing and food preparation equipment.Maintain accurate service records (paper-based and/or electronic) to support contract profitability and productivity tracking.Ensure all associated paperwork and timesheets are completed accurately and in line with company policies and standards.Operate company-issued mobile phone and laptop systems in accordance with company procedures.Manage and order spare parts stock effectively to achieve a high level of first-time fixes.Ensure all stock and spare parts are securely stored, quality-checked, and signed for according to company guidelines.Identify and secure new business opportunities and chargeable ..... full job details .....
