My client is seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst with deep London Market Insurance expertise to support a large-scale business transformation programme. The programme is focused on process standardisation, operating model optimisation, and embedding new ways of working across underwriting and associated business functions.This role will play a key part in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainable behavioural change across underwriting, operations, claims, finance, delegated authority, and support functions.
