The organisation are seeking an Operations and Governance Manager to lead the smooth running of their internal operations and ensure strong governance and compliance as they grow and evolve their national impact. This crucial role will oversee key functions including charity governance, financial coordination, HR, and the development and implementation of operational policies and processes. You will oversee day-to-day governance operations, supporting the CEO and Trustees in meeting their legal duties, coordinating Board and Committee meetings, and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date.
