You will manage full event logistics across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external clients. This role requires exceptional organisation, strong communication skills, and extensive experience managing multiple complex projects at pace. Location: London (hybrid/on-site)Daily Rate: FlexibleContract Length: (Add length here if known)Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Deliver medium and large-scale meetings, events, and conferences across EMEA.Manage complete event logistics, including agendas, invitations, supplier coordination, travel, accommodation, visas, and compliance.Create, manage, and update schedules using the BTS system.Handle project budgets, including pre- and post-event costings.Liaise closely with internal business areas, stakeholders, and global teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and external partners.Collaborate with Marketing Directors, Managers, and business sponsors to support events across Global Markets and Global Banking.
