We are currently recruiting a Fabric Technician to join our on-site facilities team. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality fabric maintenance across a client site, ensuring all reactive and planned works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed service levels. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to reactive maintenance tasks within agreed SLAsComplete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within set timescalesCarry out fabric maintenance including floors, doors, ceilings, wall coverings, basic plumbing, and carpentryUndertake minor project works as requiredComplete point-of-work risk assessments and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulationsLiaise professionally with client representatives regarding maintenance and repair activitiesUse a PDA/mobile device to log works, update tasks, and communicate effectivelyInduct, permit, monitor, and chaperone subcontractors when requiredEnsure all works are completed safely and in accordance with current legislationCarry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Contract ManagerWhat We''re Looking ForEssential: Proven experience in fabric maintenanceExperience working in a heavy industrial or similar environmentCity and Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in carpentry and/or plumbingStrong understanding of Health and ..... full job details .....
