Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join their engineering team. Role Overview As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of a highly automated manufacturing facility. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities across a range of processing and packaging equipment. This position would suit an engineer with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities who enjoys working autonomously while contributing to wider continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with PLCs, inverters, and automated production equipment would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across site equipment. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving faults to minimise downtime. Conduct both mechanical and electrical repairs on production machinery.
