Community Integrated Care .This is a Full Time Maternity Cover post - 37.5 hrs per week. Nights only - 10pm to 8am.Based in Ash Brow, HD2. The service has 50 self-contained apartments and on-site facilities to support social engagement and wellbeing.Responsibilities

Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their livesProvide personal care and support with moving and positioningAssist with medication/meals and dementia care as requiredRespond to emergencies and provide First Aid when neededWhat Is Important To Us
