Head Chef
to lead The Canteen, our employees restaurant, and to provide our colleagues with the same sense of quality, care, and attention to detail that we extend to our guests.Responsibilities include:Designing and delivering seasonal, nutritious menus that balance creativity with cost efficiency.
Leading, training, and inspiring the kitchen team to achieve consistently high standards.
Managing all aspects of food preparation, hygiene, and safety in line with hotel policies.
Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Ensuring that the dining experience reflects the values of Bvlgari
The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience leading a professional kitchen.
A passion for fresh, modern, and wholesome cuisine.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
