This busy and varied role covers the full employee lifecycle and, with the support of the Director, you will take the lead on all Employee Relations matters, work on strategic people initiatives, including work streams in wellbeing, HRMI, reward, engagement and DEandI. Working closely with the wider management team, the HR Manager will also drive forward projects aligned with modern HR practices.
