Are you an experienced Project Manager in the large format print or branded environments space, looking to join a forward-thinking team delivering high-impact work across the UK?

We’re working with a long-established business that specialises in delivering end-to-end large format print solutions – from hoardings and signage to full branded spaces. With a strong client base across retail, events, and construction, they offer a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two projects are the same.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from briefing through to final installation, working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless execution, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the full lifecycle of large format print and branded space projects, from brief through delivery
  • Liaise with internal departments including sales, creative, estimating, production, and fitting
  • Attend on-site surveys and installations across the UK (some overnight stays required)
  • Book and brief fitting teams, support with RAMS and installation guides
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to spec
  • Act as the central point of communication between internal teams and clients
  • Maintain exceptional quality and service standards across all work delivered

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years'' experience in large format print, branded environments, signage, or a related project delivery role
  • A confident communicator who thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and client relationship skills
  • Knowledge of print materials and production processes
  • Full driving licence – a company car will be provided for site visits
  • Comfortable using internal systems and processes to support efficiency and planning
