Due to their product demand, and ability to exceed industry standards, they have become major players in their field. We are recruiting for a Technical Manager to join their Avonmouth team. The Technical Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of products. This position will oversee all technical aspects of food production, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, coupled with a passion for ensuring food safety and quality. Responsibilities of Technical Manager: Team Management: To lead and develop a technical team. Focus on their training and development to improve and maintain quality standards. Food Safety: Develop and manage comprehensive food safety programs, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and BRC requirements.
