This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The Role Working closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and wider support staff, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and socially. Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils with SEN on a one-to-one and small-group basis. Assisting with the delivery of personalised learning programmes. Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Helping pupils develop independence, confidence, and social skills. Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff. Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals where appropriate.
