Based out of the client''s Lutterworth premises but with regular travel to UK-wide sites (including one in Scotland, Hampshire and South Wales), this is a varied, hands-on opportunity where you''ll work directly with managers, helping them tackle day-to-day people challenges, providing hands-on HR advice, coaching and supporting them across a varied operational landscape to help create a positive working environment and consistent employee experience.
