Production Operative (Manufacturing) We''re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative (Manufacturing) to join their established manufacturing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with regular day shift hours, 33 days annual leave and genuine opportunities for training and career progression. Working within a small, friendly team, you''ll carry out a variety of production and manufacturing duties, making this a varied and hands-on position. Hours of work would be Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities Moving and handling materials and finished products around the factory Picking materials ready for production Measuring and marking materials accurately Cutting materials using machinery and hand tools Operating production machinery safely and efficiently Assembling products to a high standard Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area Working to production schedules and quality standards What We''re Looking For Essential Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment Good practical skills with strong attention to detail Ability to use measuring equipment accurately A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well as part of a team Desirable Previous machine operating experience FLT (Forklift Truck) licence Experience using hand and power tools Assembly or fabrication ..... full job details .....
