This ambitious client is seeking a department turnover of £250m within 5 years and the successful candidate will be an integral part of these ambitious plans.Working with an extremely experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Team the successful candidate will have an opportunity to lead the estimating division and be responsible for hiring, managing and moulding the growth of the department. Previous Management experience is not essential and candidates seeking career progression into this area will be considered. The Role: As the Head of Estimating, you will be responsible for leading high-value commercial fit-out tenders (circa £30m+), initially handling approximately two tenders per month (24 per year).
