Service Analyst - Permanent
AgileSource are looking for 2-3 Junior Service Analysts on a Full Time, Permanent basis. You will be joining an award winning consultancy who have an great reputation and focus on Delivery. This role suits someone comfortable navigating both data and operational reality. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working in or alongside Service Desk, Service Management, or IT Operations teams. This role analyses service performance, demand, assets, and configuration data to create a coherent picture of service health. It sits close to the Service Desk and Service Management functions, translating operational activity into insight that supports better decisions, cleaner services, and more predictable outcomes. The Service Analyst is responsible for turning operational data into practical insight across the full service life cycle. Analyse data from the service management toolset across incidents, requests, problems, changes, and knowledge. Produce regular reporting on service performance, trends, backlogs, and risks, with clear narrative and context. Support Request Fulfilment by analysing request volumes, types, cycle times, and failure points, highlighting opportunities to simplify, automate, or retire requests. Analyse asset and configuration data to improve visibility of what exists, how it is used, and where records are incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
