We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic primary school in the Aylesbury area. If youandrsquo;re enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, we want to hear from you!

As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Key Stage 1 curriculum to young learners, ensuring they develop essential skills across all subject areas. You will create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
andbull; Assess and track studentsandrsquo; progress, identifying areas where support or challenge is needed
andbull; Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet different learning needs
andbull; Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting childrenandrsquo;s social and emotional development
andbull; Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupilsandrsquo; overall development
andbull; Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a safe and respectful space for all learners

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
andbull; Experience teaching in KS1 or a similar setting
andbull; Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and current educational practices
andbull; Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
andbull; A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
