The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school''s policies. Support students to complete the work set by teaching staff. Create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with young people, ideally in a school or educational setting. Are confident managing groups of secondary-aged students. Has excellent communication and organisational skills. Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and professional. Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check and relevant safeguarding clearances.
