VP Engineering

to lead the next phase of growth.This is a

true VPE role

(not CTO), reporting to the CEO, and is responsible for scaling the engineering organisation from to 30+ over the next 1218 months.The MissionTackling complex engineering challenges

Define, drive, and deliver the roadmap in alignment with product and company strategy.Team Leadership and Growth:

: Has led engineering orgs of 30+ and experienced scale-up growth on both technical and commercial sides.Outcome-driven
