No recruitment experience required. Work ethic and ambition come first.

• -30,000 base salary

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Interview and place candidates into schools
• Build and manage candidate pipelines
• Write professional candidate profiles
• Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets
• Learn negotiation, influence and relationship-building skills
• Earn commission as you progress through the role

You''ll receive daily support from your Team Manager, structured training from our in-house specialists and ongoing mentorship.

Career Progression

After completing the Impact Academy, you''ll move onto a sales-focused desk with advanced training in:

• Business development
• Margin negotiation
• Client account growth
• Managing challenging conversations
